Tropic City Club charters on March the 5th 1982, with a charter membership of 33.
The club has maintained a healthy membership throughout the years, always in the high 30’s to 40’s.
The venue has changed several times, though the club seems to have “settled in” at the current one.
It is, and always has been, a club renowned for its ability to have fun, its unfailing enthusiasm and its high standard of training.
It truly fulfills the Objects of Toastmasters and constantly strives to improve in its members all facets of the Toastmasters program.
There is a strong emphasis on friendliness, each and every member and guest being made to feel welcome and important. Many lasting friendships have resulted from meetings at Tropic City.
